JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Work Experience and Education
    • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Digital Marketing Field
  • Technical Skill
    • Ads Management
      • Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
      • Experienced in either Brand Awareness Objective, Lead Generation objective, Message Conversation Objective or Conversion Objective
      • Experienced using Core Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and Custom Audiences (Retargeting) in Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
      • Experienced using Single Banner Ads, Video Ads, Album Post Ads
      • Experienced managing Media Budget of at least 30,000 THB/Month for at least 6 months
      • Experienced Setup Tracking Code like Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and so on
      • Experienced coordinating with Graphics and Copywriters in order to get the Ads
    • SEO Management
      • Experienced using Keyword Research Tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest or related tools
      • Experienced in creating SEO Topic and Sub-Topic
      • Experienced writing On-Page SEO Blog Content
      • Experienced finding backlink website provider and published backlink content
      • Experienced Optimize SEO Titles, Descriptions, H-Tag and Body
      • Experienced creating and structuring information on target page.
      • Experienced using WordPress and also SEO Plugin such as Yoast SEO, All in One SEO
      • Experienced using GTmetrix, Google Page Speed or related technical SEO tools
    • Content Creation
      • Experienced creating Case Study Content
    • Monitoring and Reporting
      • Familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel on these formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF and other formula
      • Experienced in Creating Reports and Presenting reports to either supervisor or client
      • Experienced using Google Search Console
      • Experienced using 3rd Party SEO Tools such as ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, or related tools in the features of Overview Website Score, Rank Tracking, Top Page Report
      • Experienced using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio) or Power BI
      • Experienced creating own dashboard to track result

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Tactician will be responsible for working closely with the Digital Strategist and clients to execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok. They will help to analyze performance data to make informed decisions on budget allocation, audience targeting and campaign optimization. They will also work closely with the Content Marketing and Social Media Tactician to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. They will be responsible for creating and managing campaign calendars, conducting target audience research, and analyzing performance data to inform future campaigns. They will be expected to take ownership of their work and deliver results while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude and tenacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Documentation

    • Execute Full-Funnel Marketing Plan from Brand Awareness, Consideration, Conversion and Nurturing through multi-marketing channels using Paid Media, Owned Media and Earned Media
    • Coordinate with Graphic and Motion Designer, Content and Social Media Tactician, Front-End Developer in order to implement the campaign strategy and getting the  creative marketing assets needed for the campaign.
  • Internal and External Communication

    • Create media budget planning in order to allocate for each campaign. Setup Analytic Tracking to measure the valuable metrics for the campaign. Execute campaign structure and flow setup to launch the campaign.
    • Manage and Optimize Paid Marketing Channels through Meta Ads, SEM, TikTok Ads, GDN, Youtube Ads to create brand awareness, generate leads and increase brand recognition for Cotactic Media
    • Create Digital Marketing Lead Magnet and Case Study Blog Content
  • Office Management

    • Research Keywords in order to create SEO Topic and Subtopic for Content and Social Media Tactician
    • Create SEO Target Page and coordinate with Graphic Designer and Front End Developer to launch
    • Proofread the content from Content and Social media Tactician. Conduct SEO optimize on monthly on-page and off-page blog. Upload the content to Cotactic Website.
    • Research Backlink Website, coordinate to get both paid and exchange content website.
    • Conduct Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on Cotactic Website to generate more organic leads
  • Nurturing (CRM)

    • Execute Lead Nurturing Campaign structure and flow on E-Mail Marketing and LINE Broadcast Campaign to distribute the Website to generate more organic leads
