The Head Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and managing the graphic design team to create visual concepts and designs that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. They will be responsible for creating visual assets for content marketing campaigns, social media platforms and performance marketing teams for paid advertisements such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok. They will work closely with the Content Marketing and Social Media Strategist and Tactician to ensure that all designs are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. They will be responsible for creating and managing design calendars, conducting target audience research, and analyzing performance data to inform future designs. They will also work closely with the development and production teams to ensure that all designs are executed properly and are consistent with the company’s image and message. They will be expected to take ownership of their work and deliver results, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude and tenacity.
Read brief or get brief from sale team in order to estimate time spent and human resource. Create on-boarding timeline to communicate with client and internal team.
Research client's brand, competitor and other design source. Communicate the design reference to align with client's objective.
Request the Corporate Identity, Logo, Photos and other Creative Asset from client in order to setup design workspace for better efficiency.
Oversee the all creative services, do graphic audits to make sure alignment with client's branding and CI. Give feedback to graphic designers. Present the reference and the branding and identitly design assets, web design asset and anything that related to creative services to clients.
Conduct the weekly and monthly resource plan for client's project and internal. Prioritised the workload of team member and maximize potential of talent in hands.
Conduct the candidate technical skill qualified call and arrange the candidate for the face to face interview.
Explore new way to do graphic and pioneer project.
Run the On-Boarding and Training Session for team member. Evaluate the test and give feedback to improve team member understanding and skill.
Evaluate the team member by running probation review, quarterly and yearly. Also submit the performance report. Organize the monthly one-on-one with team member.
