The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns. You will bridge Project manager, creative, and account teams to ensure campaigns are set up efficiently, run smoothly, and deliver measurable results that meet client KPIs.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Shopee, Lazada, CPAS, and LINE.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify optimization opportunities to achieve campaign KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven strategies to enhance creatives, targeting, and bidding efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account, and project management) to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
Analyze performance data and make actionable optimisation recommendations.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI and ensure efficient spend.
Produce concise performance reports with insights and clear next-step recommendations.
Track, measure, and report campaign results, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform innovations, and best practices in digital advertising.
