The KOL & Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end influencer management from planning, selecting, negotiating, to coordinating with KOLs / Influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. They will ensure that the chosen KOLs align with the brand strategy and target audience, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns. This role also involves tracking influencer campaign performance using key metrics like Engagement, Reach, Conversion, and Code Use, preparing campaign reports, and optimizing future collaborations. The coordinator must be able to negotiate budgets effectively and build long-term relationships with influencers to maintain a healthy brand network.
